About Us

Faith and Fitness was launched in 2022 as a community for people interested and involved in health and fitness activities to participate in a faith based environment centered on the teachings of Jesus. We currently have Saturday meetings at Gh2 in Holden, MA and also hold sport and fitness related events in the greater Worcester County area

Calling all to test their cardio and strength in an athletic 10 round circuit!

Join us on Saturday, September 9th for a fitness competition to support the
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention!

Location: Gh2 Fitness and Training

Time: 10:00 AM (Registration begins at 9:30 AM)

Registration Cost: $20
All proceeds will go to the American
Foundation for Suicide Prevention
(AFSP). Prizes for winners!

Meet the team

Tyler Brondyk

Tyler Brondyk grew up in Mansfield, MA and currently resides in the city of Worcester with his wife, Adila. Tyler has always had a passion for sports and fitness as he played numerous sports in high school leading to a soccer career at Stonehill College and later overseas in Germany. He currently is the Head Men’s Coach for Quinsigamond Community College Soccer and holds numerous certifications in soccer coaching and as a health coach. Tyler is a person of Christian faith and has been since his college years! 

Brian Minnich

Brian Minnich lives in Holden, MA with his wife, Glorie-ann, their 4 children ages 14-22, and 1 dog.  It’s a full house, and fitness plays a big part in keeping the stress level down and the joy up.  In addition to the metcon and strength classes at GH2, Brian is an avid golfer and skier.  Brian has followed Christ from a young age and has shared the good news of Jesus in 21 nations of the world. Brian holds a master of divinity, as well as a doctorate in education from Northeastern University
